Trading and Custodian Members of the Exchange are requested to refer to notice no 20120222-34 issued on February 22, 2012, detailing guidelines for Offer for Sale through the Exchange platform. The above guidelines were issued by the Exchange with reference to SEBI circular dated CIR/MRD/DP/05/2012 dated February 1, 2012 regarding Offer for Sale of Shares by Promoters through the Stock Exchange Mechanism.
SEBI had issued further Clarification vide their circular no. CIR/MRD/DP/7/2012 dated February 23, 2012 which were disseminated to the Market Participants vide Exchange Notice No. 20120223-27 dated February 23, 2012 Market participants are further informed that SEBI vide its circular no. CIR/MRD/DP/8/2012 dated February 27, 2012 has issued further clarification on Offer for Sale of Shares by Promoters through the Stock Exchange Mechanism. The copy of the circular is attached. Market Participants are therefore required to take note of the above circulars and read the Exchange Notice no. 20120222-34 of February 22, 2012 in conjunction with above referred SEBI circulars.
